Evaluate the audience analysis process as a strategic communication best practice in support of Final Project II: Presentation. Create a short paper submission to analyze and discuss the importance of audience analysis. Identify generational differences, demographics, and the ability for audience members to identify with a message based upon beliefs and values. Explain the need to overcome ethnocentrism and to consider cultural differences and diversity during the strategic communication process. How can an understanding of audience knowledge, interests, attitudes, and concerns prove helpful in creating message content? What steps can one take to change self-centered messages to audience-centered messages?
